Clients Detail Tab

Client Name

In this field you can enter the client/customer name to streamline the database of your client’s portfolio simultaneously. This tab allows you to leverage work done for other clients in the same field.

Address

In this field you can enter the client/customer name to streamline the database of your client’s portfolio simultaneously. This tab allows you to leverage work done for other clients in the same field.

Contact No., Email, SMS No., Whatapp No.

To further ease the shipping workflow and expedite the shipping, the client’s contact details such as WhatsApp number, SMS, Email, and all other contact details would be added and provided to the transporter, driver and the freight manager for timely delivery.

GST Number

GST law requires you to maintain the GSTIN number for all your clients and customers. In the BTMS tool, the GSTIN is linked to the client’s firm address. This field also requires you to maintain the address for your own company and your company’s GST number. All you need to do is go to your client Page profile and add the GSTIN in the required field.

Party Code

A transporter or vendor may have multiple clients depending on the various location from which they operate. Client code is typically a 3-20 digit code assigned by our system tool to uniquely identify each transport facility. The client code can be maintained to master the knowledge performance indicators (KPIs) at the time of shipping delivery, invoicing, consignment allocation, and much more.

Client Account Detail

Odds are you might come across the account details screen on more than multiple occasions during your day-to-day operation. This screen contains a wealth of client knowledge and can be helpful when troubleshooting an issue with a client’s account. This screen is divided into various sections as it helps in invoicing, pricing, and managing the recurring debits/credits, as each section gives you an insight into the transaction of each client.
