(a) Software Developer/Engineer

BSS is seeking a Laravel Developer passionate about solving complex problems and creating web applications.

Your main responsibility will be to add more modules to our current transport management software.
The person will be responsible for optimizing current features and staying up to date with clients’ requirements.
The ideal candidate should understand PHP, Laravel, and MySQL strongly.
They should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Experience with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and agile methodologies is preferred.
The developer will be responsible for maintaining existing applications, developing new features, and optimizing the performance of web applications.
They should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Experience or knowledge about logistics or transport industry is considered as an advantage.

(b) Website Designer

We are looking for a Website Designer who is proficient in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Below are some requirements that web designers must have to qualify for our job role.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
Experience with graphic design applications such as Illustrator & Photoshop is a must. The person should be able to create the UI as per the Photoshop image given to them.
They should also have experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
For the Frontend Developer position, Bharat Software seeks an individual with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The candidate should be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

They should also be comfortable with version control systems like Git and have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
We have products based in the logistics or transport industry, so knowing about the same is preferred.

Bharat Software is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
They should be experienced in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
The digital marketing expertise is also responsible for managing the content strategy of Bharat Software and all its subsidiaries.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining the company’s social media presence, measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
The candidate should also have experience in identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
Having experience in logistics marketing is preferred.
The digital marketing expert should have B2B experience

The candidate should have 360-degree digital marketing experience. They should have a basic idea of all the verticals including paid ads, PPC, search ads, content strategy, SEO, SEM, SMO, etc. Along with managing all the verticals, the candidate should be an expert in at least 1 vertical of digital marketing.
